Help us save Dedham Vale

Does this development conserve or enhance the natural beauty of the Dedham Vale National Landscape?  That’s what the law says it must do.  If you think it doesn’t, please help us fight to retain our beautiful valley’s rural character.

Twice Greater Anglia has built extensions to Manningtree station car parks without planning permission. Twice it has ignored a law that is supposed to protect National Landscapes from insensitive development. If we let developers get away with this, the floodgates will open to other developments in this and other national landscapes.

Help us fund raise for our legal challenge here:

Manningtree Wall

In a recent interview with ITV News, DVS Chairman, Charles Clover explained that the ugly wall of girders erected by Abellio Greater Anglia "has no planning permission, it does not even have a certificate of lawfulness. It is hideous and while everyone in the Vale was in favour of more parking, they were not in favour of this, because they were never asked!"
